This free shredding and electronic recycling event is for Harwood Heights residents only, with proof of residency required. Participants can drive through the Village Hall parking lot for drop-off assistance. A $10 fee applies to TVs. Batteries, tires, oil, light bulbs, books, cardboard, binders, CDs, and metal objects are not accepted.
